What are the four counter functions
Article Details

Last Updated

The four functions are quite simple really.

  1. Total accumulated revs / 100. In this mode the counter will count 1 for every 100 revs you spin.
  2. Current RPM it'll show the current revs.
  3. Highest RPM. Only in this mode with the counter store the highest score achieved. At rest, the symbol will be a lightning bolt. Spin the Powerball and the counter will show the highest score currently achieved, but will revert to the record score then the counter stops. Beat the record score and this will flash on the counter, and this new record will get stored.
  4. Strength Index. Three modes here, for 30, 60 and 90 seconds. When selected, once the rotor starts spinning the timer will count down to zero and show the total revs achieved in that time, (displaying the total revs for the last 5 seconds of the counter).

Great for improving strength, and a real killer with the Metal. Try a one-hand 90-second run and tell us your arm isn't nearly dropping off by the end!!
